Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. When you use Quarria, we collect the data you enter: business profiles, projects, questions, prompts, and the signals and reports generated for you. We also keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security and operations.
When you accept our Terms and this policy, we record which versions you accepted, when, and a hashed form of your IP address. We do not collect payment card data; billing is handled by our payment processor.
2. How we use your data
Your data is used to provide and improve Quarria for you: to sign you in and keep your session, to search the sources your questions define, to tune relevance from your interactions, and to generate reports and actions. We do not sell your data. We do not use your business context, prompts or outcomes to train AI models or to improve results for other customers.
3. Service providers
Quarria uses a small number of service providers (sub-processors) to operate: hosting and database, AI model providers for analysis, a web retrieval provider for sources, an email provider, and a payment processor for billing. Each processes only what its part of the Service needs, on our instructions. We share no data with advertising networks or data brokers.
If you sign in with Google, Apple or Facebook, that provider's privacy policy governs the sign-in step. The names of our current providers are available on request.
4. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. We rely on the transfer safeguards those providers offer under their standard terms. A signed data-processing agreement with our AI providers is on our roadmap and not yet in place, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise.
5. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account from your Profile, it and its data are deleted from our production systems at once; if you ask us to delete it, we do so within 30 days. If we end your access, we keep your data for 30 days so that you can export it. Backup copies are purged within 90 days.
The raw model response stored with each report is deleted after 30 days; the report itself stays. Records of your acceptance of our Terms are kept with your account and deleted with it.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, export and delete your personal data. Most of this is self-serve: edit and export your context in the app, and delete your account from your Profile. For anything else, contact us at https://www.quarria.com/contact; we answer within 30 days.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have rights under the GDPR or UK GDPR, including to object to or restrict processing and to complain to your local supervisory authority. Quarria is built with GDPR principles in mind.
